I bought 2 dozen bumGenius 4.0 from them a few weeks ago and was impressed when I received a call from the owner Margaret. One of the colours I wanted wasn't in stock so she personally called me to give me a choice whether to hold them until the colour came in or switch my colour. I wasn't picky so I switched my colour and they arrived 4 days later.
I'm sure Bill Gates wouldn't have called me if I had a problem with a Microsoft product.
