Snips and Snails and Lizard Tails

After many years of playing around, and CDing all my children on and off, I finally made a fitted diaper that I really like. It is one size (small-xlarge), and is quilted to add absorbency and cuteness. They fit my son great, and I have girly ones for the new baby once she outgrows her NB diapers. They are pretty trim. They have inner gussets for smaller babies that won't need the doublers yet. I have 2 pads per diaper as the baby grows. The legs are adjustable with hook and eyes on the elastic, although it is mostly hidden. It is side snapping and has lots of snaps for adjusting at the waist. And, for my first 4.5 dozen, I used flannel prints. I also embroidered sayings on the front that matched the theme of the diaper. We are using them for personal use, although I am giving out my pattern for free after it is finalized.
