Great Customer Service

I ordered several cloth diapers from No Pins Required. I had an excellent experience! The customer service couldn't be beat. The owner had everything in stock so I didn't have to wait for anything on back order (not my experience with other online cloth diaper stores). The items shipped out the same day I placed the order so I didn't have to wait long for that, either! They were able to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for my unique needs (a BIG kid and heavy wetter on the verge of potty training). I couldn't find any other store in Michigan (I like to shop local!) that was more knowledgeable, helpful or service oriented.
