My absolute favorite wool covers are recycled from 100% wool sweaters I find at yard sales in the middle of the summer! During the winter, you can find great sweaters at thrift shops like Goodwill. Use Katrina's patterns for soakers or longeies and you can have a whole stash of wool for a fraction of the price! Use that lanolin nipple cream and baby shampoo and you've got an excellent wool wash system! So, if you can't knit and you don't want to pay the high prices for knitted wool soakers and longies... make your own!
