I am new to cloth diapers and really did not know where to start, what I need, etc. I sent a short email through GreenBumbum website and I was met with an enthusiastic and welcoming response within hours, which I did not expect. Based on my baby's unique situation, I was given a customized package which include various kinds of cloth diapers (I wanted to try them all) and even accessories. I was also offered a discount so that the package would stay within my budget.

Long and short, I could not be happier that I contact this store. The owner is friendly, understanding and very patient. She drew on her own experience in CDing and guided me along the way. Thank you so much!
