Fitted Diaper Made Out of An Old Play Doh TShirt

Here is a fitted diaper that I made out of an old play doh tshirt. I got this tshirt for $0.50 at a rummage sale. So the out side of this diaper is cheap! The inside I wanted something more for absorbency, so I used some sherpa, but I got some of that for sale too. Then the snaps were given to me from a friend that didn't use that size snaps. So those were free.

All in all I think this diaper costs me $1.00 to $2.00 to make. I love it too! The only thing is, it is a fitted, so it needs a cover.

I got my pattern from an online resource, Tight Whitey Hipsters. This is a great pattern, and it fit my daughter really well.

I love how it says Packed With Fun on the back of it. My daughter sure packs it with lots of fun!!! :)

You did a great job!! Isn't it amazing!! So many women could save tons of money just by making their own. To make it waterproof Wazoodles.com sells pul film for $2.98 yard that can be sewn in between the layers:)
