Likes: Stay dry inner fabric keeps wetness off of baby.
Easy to clean off solid poop.
Great fit from 10 lbs. and up.
Pocket can be stuffed to keep even a heavy wetter dry at night.

Dislikes: The microfiber inserts can get pretty stinky and they stain easily.
Can have leaks if you don't get a good fit on the baby.
Velcro can be a problem - doesn't stick to laundry tab very well after a few dozen washes.

Cost: I bought 5 of these new from a few different places online for about $18 each. We've been using them only at nighttime for about 15 months now and I would say they are worth it.
